Any student in good academic standing with his or her home institution may apply. Two years of college-level German or equivalent competency is recommended. Application packets are available from the Antioch Education Abroad office or online from the AEA Admissions page. Required components include an application form, an essay, two recommendations, official transcripts, and a $50 application fee.
The application deadline is March 15 for the full-year or fall semester programs; October 15 for the spring semester program. Late applicants will be considered on a space-available basis.
U.S. citizens who need to obtain or renew their passports should apply as soon as possible using the expedited option due to major delays at U.S. passport processing centers.
