Medical Disclosure

Self-disclosure is extremely important to our ability to prepare for students’ successful participation in Antioch Education Abroad educational, study abroad opportunities. Conditions that program staff must be aware of should be reported prior to departure, giving AEA the tools we need to be prepared to accommodate each student's unique needs. Following acceptance to an AEA program, you will receive a Health Form. We rely on you to report any medical/health conditions that may affect your participation in our programs.
