Insurance
As a part of your acceptance to any Antioch Education Abroad Program, you are required to have an International Student ID Card (ISIC). This card is offered through STA Travel and provided to you courtesy of AEA. You will receive the information and required forms that you need in your acceptance package. However, only participants that are enrolled in a post-secondary institution will receive an ISIC card. If you already have an ISIC card or if you are not eligible for one (due to auditor status), no reduction in program fees will be given.
The ISIC Student ID card offers basic travel health insurance. Individuals not covered by their parents’ or home institutions’ travel health insurance policies have the option of purchasing a Premium Insurance policy through ISIC. If you are accepted to an AEA program, further details about this option will be provided.
