Study Abroad Fairs
Each year AEA attends countless study abroad fairs at colleges and universities across the country, along with a handful of individual visits. If you are interested in having AEA attend your fair or stop by for a visit, please let us know.

Site Visits
If you prefer to come to us (or rather, to one of our diverse study abroad program locations worldwide) for a site visit, just let us know! We will be happy to accommodate your plans and work with you to make your visit to one of our programs sites valuable and enjoyable. We do ask, however, that you provide ample notification so that we have time to help plan your visit. Also, keep in mind that on many of our programs there are periods of travel, whether during the independent research period or throughout the program. You will likely want to work around these dates and we can provide a complete itinerary for each program upon request.

Cooperation
One of our goals is to help make the transition from a student’s home institution to our study abroad program and back as smooth as possible for students. To help achieve that goal, we are more than happy to work with a student’s home institution’s study abroad office, financial aid office, and faculty. We sign various agreements to help facilitate the transfer of aid and payments.  AEA’s Student Accounts specialist, Pattie Redway, has been helping students with billing, admissions, and financial aid for over 18 years and she is available to answer your questions!
